UNESCO-ROSTE (Regional Bureau for Science in Europe) has accepted to support participation at the CHEP'04 Conference under their programme to attend research training courses.

The funds may be used to cover travel (cheapest economy class) and subsistence costs of few individuals with specified home institutions from Central and Eastern Europe, but especially South East Europe, to enable them to attend CHEP04.

The nationalities eligible for applying to these funds are:

• first priority: Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia & Montenegro, FYR Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria.
• second priority: Slovenia, Greece, Turkey, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia.

Positive discrimination will be made in favour of younger scientists, and seeking for gender balance.

• your nationality, age and home institute
• if your contribution(s) to CHEP have been accepted (oral presentation or poster) 
• the city of departure for travelling to CHEP
• Can your home institute participate in the costs, in which area (travel, daily allowance, etc) and the amount.
