Photos from CHEP'04

We publish here some photos from the CHEP'04 conference.

The conference opened on Sunday evening with a Welcome Reception which featured Alpine horns and flag throwers.

Next is a series of photos showing the actual rooms of the Centre, both empty and in use during the conference.

Here are a few shots of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, in particular one of the Conference Chairman thanking the students who assisted throughout the week with technical support.

Here is an annotated selection covering the Industrial Exhibition, including the tour of the exhibition made by the CERN Director General.

Next comes an even larger collection from the mid-week Banquet, starting with the DG's broadcast to CERN's 50th Birthday Party in Crozet from the garden outside the Centre.
